MIKE 11 Hotfix 10-12-2008

The hotfix solves two problems related to lateral boundary definitions in a MIKE 11 model:

• If a branch has been defined as ‘Kinematic Routing’ and both a open boundary inflow and a lateral point source has been defined in the same point, then previously, the boundary definition was added twice and the lateral source not included. This is now corrected.
• When a lateral boundary (point or distributed) used timeseries files with delete-values in the last part of timeseries, delete-values were applied as lateral discharges in simulation. Normally not a problem as default delete-values are -1e-30. However, for files with large defined delete-values this can cause problems in water balance.
